Use standardized institution codes such as:
- taxonRank = controlled vocabulary: http://vocabularies.gbif.org/vocabularies/taxon_rank [NOTE KCP: this link does not seem to work?, should it rather be: http://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary/gbif/rank.xml?]
- spell out the full scientific name [KCP: should we add "names should be capitalized except for the specific and subspecific names"?]
